Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for items we sell are weight-based.
All Create Cuts orders are sent via mail by Royal Mail. Most orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Stencils are sent in cardboard envelopes and tubes.
UK delivery
UK orders should arrive to you within 2-4 business days. You can choose your order to be sent by 1st or 2nd class. Pricing depends on stencil size and weight.
International Delivery
Shipping time for international orders can take up to 3 weeks. Delivery pricing depends on country it is going to and size. You can choose your stencil to be send by standard mail (not trackable) or tracked and signed delivery. Please note: All order to the EU will be subject to custom tax before the item is released for delivery. This amount will vary depending on the country.
Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note: buyer pays the return shipping costs.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
